At Pokette, we offer pre-order options for selected products to allow customers to reserve upcoming releases, limited editions, and highly anticipated collectibles before they become available. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work, payment requirements, shipping expectations, cancellations, and refunds.

By placing a pre-order with Pokette Shop, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment but is expected to become available at a future date.

The estimated release date is provided for informational purposes and may change due to supplier updates, manufacturing delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Pre-Order Payment

When you place a pre-order, payment is collected at the time the order is submitted.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize Pokette Shop to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including:

  • Product price

  • Shipping fees

  • Applicable taxes

  • Any additional charges shown at checkout

Payment confirmation is required before your pre-order can be reserved.

3. Release Dates and Shipping

Estimated release dates are provided based on the information available from our suppliers and manufacturers.

Please note:

  • Release dates are not guaranteed.

  • Products may ship later than the estimated date due to supplier delays, production issues, or shipping disruptions.

  • Pokette Shop is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, carriers, or events outside our control.

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

4. Pre-Order Shipping

If your order contains both:

  • Pre-order items, and

  • In-stock items

your order may be shipped together when all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are offered.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request items to be shipped separately.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the product has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Pre-Order Refunds

Approved pre-order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds do not include:

  • Shipping fees already incurred

  • Customs duties or import fees

  • Additional charges imposed by third parties

7. Product Availability

While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, availability may occasionally be affected by:

  • Production cancellations

  • Allocation limits from distributors

If Pokette Shop is unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund.

8. Quantity Limits

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that:

9. Changes to Pre-Order Products

Pokette Shop is not responsible for minor changes made by manufacturers or suppliers.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Pre-Order Items

If your pre-order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

We will review your request and provide assistance according to our Return and Refund Policy.
