Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

How do I know if my order was successful?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact our support team.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email whenever tracking is available.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Products

Are your products new?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all products are sold as new and are carefully inspected before shipment.

Will the product look exactly like the pictures?

We make every effort to display accurate product images. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturer updates.

What if an item is out of stock?

If a product is unavailable, it may be marked as out of stock or temporarily unavailable. We regularly update our inventory, so please check back later.
